The location is 5 Km from the beaches of Batsi, and Batsi village itself.

You may be familiar with terms like: ‘rare opportunity’ and ‘for the select few’ as a selling trick as they are used all the time to impress. By choosing our property you have a really rare opportunity to experience something positively different that most other travelers will surely miss on their Greek island holidays.

We are not talking for those properties for the vast majority of tourists, but a genuine villa house that is made of local stone, marble and the best quality of building material there is.

Enter Etoile De Mer villa. Staying here will be a unique experience.

Photos will only give you a small part of the whole picture in staying at this villa house, as most of the experience can’t be framed in a snapshot. The house offers complete privacy; it is built at an amphitheater-like style with breathtaking view to the Aegean sea having a hilly background that protects from the winds.

It consists of a main house with three independent elegant apartments that sits on a 5500 sq. m. plot. There is a superb 65 square meter "infinity" type swimming pool with variable depth of 60cm-250cm featuring great views from within the pool, towards the Aegean sea. There is also an outdoor shower three external dining areas with pergolas, a BBQ and private parking.

The main house is air-conditioned, has one double bedroom and one double twin bedroom; the double bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with bath tub. The rest of the main house consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The remaining part of the house consists of three elegant apartments independent from the main house that connect from the outside, all with their own separate entrance (note: the apartments are an integral part of the villa and are not rented as separate entities). All apartments consist of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower a basic kitchenette and a living area. All the apartments are air conditioned. In two of the apartments there are two double couches that can be converted to two double beds bringing the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated to fourteen (14). Should you have infants with you, we can arrange for baby cots and high chairs.

The house will be delivered to you clean on your arrival. The owners of the house will also be located just a few minutes away in case you need anything.

The ease of access to the villa makes it a great candidate for accommodation. Located in Palaiopolis area right in the middle of the island at an ideal spot for those wishing to explore it and practically close to everywhere: just a few minutes away by car from the nearest beach, a great place to stay at, if you come for relaxing, away from the noise of the village, but close enough to be able to find a grocery store in a 2-minute drive.

Just 15 minutes drive from the port of Gavrio, the main port of Andros island with frequent ferry boat schedules from / to Athens, just a short 2 hours trip and also from Mykonos an almost equal distance and travel time. With Athens and Mykonos International Airports at close distance from the ports you can schedule a relaxing trip and be here in no time at all no matter the time of season. There will always be someone who will be waiting for you to arrive at the port and either escort you or show you the road to the property via "follow me".

If Vana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
