The apartment is located in Via Nazionale in Bari-Palese, in an elegant and modern Residence. Strategic location for any need, in fact, is only 3 Km. from the International Airport "Karol Wojtyla" Bari Palese Airport and 5 minutes from the SS 16 Bis, convenient to reach the city of Bari and any other resorts in Puglia. No more than 50 mt. you will find the various stops of the bus line and urban, while at 500 mt. the railway station and the subway. At 300 mt. from the sea where you can find free beaches and lidos day, pizzerias and restaurants in the evening. There is quietly moving on foot to find all sorts of services, supermarket, pharmacy, beauty center, etc. etc. The rooms have heating, air conditioning, flat screen TV, parquet, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and a private bathroom. Furnished with simplicity and good taste, a sea view and the other with a balcony overlooking the garden of the residence. Check in at 15: 00/19: 00 - Check out before 11:00 Possibility of free parking (on request). E 'strictly forbidden to smoke in all environments. It is not allowed to bring pets. It was agreed the parties. It is our shuttle service from and to the airport with a small expense reimbursement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Filippo (the owner) a message.

If Filippo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
