It is one of the most efficient within our smaller units; it has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a built-in closet; a full modern bathroom; a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with a 3-seat dining bar-table; a washer/dryer facility. There is a regular balcony (adjacent to the living room) from which you thus have the spectacular ocean view!
