The property is only a 5-minute walk to Palm Beach. The best feature about this villa is that it is away from all the tourist crowds and yet located so close to the most popular area of Aruba!This villa has the perfect location!

This airy beach villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own closet, 2 full bathrooms and a very nice and complete kitchen coupled to its living room and dining area. Bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking utensils. More over there is a separate guest house which provides one bedroom with a queen-size bed with a full bathroom. Palm Beach Sunset Villa is modern, expressing a very relaxing vacation atmosphere, and is decorated with selected beach shells and other beach decors. The living room and dining room open to its airy patio where you will find a new swimming pool perfect to enjoy those lazy vacation days at home. Choose to take a 2-minute car ride to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach or just across the street and you will be at the beautiful Palm Beach hotel area bursting with numerous restaurants, 2 shopping malls, souvenir shops, numerous casino’s, nighttime entertainment, movie theatres and different activities. Pretty close to everything you would want to do in Aruba!

    Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
