Beautiful, private residence, 4000 S.F. overall, situated along side a members only golf course at private Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Fully furnished, professionally maintained grounds & pool w/ screened in porches, ceiling fans and all the comforts of a tropical get-a-way! Cable TV/WiFi included. Walk to local stores, salons restaurants. ONLY 15 minutes from beach/ocean and P.B. International Airport. Grocery, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance in a very peaceful neighborhood setting. Multiple Health Clubs surround the area within 5 mins. If you are interested, please be prepared to apply deposit to hold reservation. Ideally, we prefer guests who would like to reserve our home for 60 days to 90 days or more. We are open to discussing advance reservations for no less than 30 days as our home is available during PEAK Season and is one of the best deals in town for the accommodations offering convenience, peace and quiet!

Ideally, we are seeking guests who want to reserve a minimum of 60 days+. All living spaces are accessible except 1 room which we use as our storage space for personal belongings. Please note, the only doors to be opened to gain access to the patio/pool are the kitchen door and the guest bathroom # 2 door. We have a 2-car garage fully available for parking. NO PETS and NO SMOKING on the premises under any condition.

This home rocks! Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen and family room. Great pool overlooking the golf course. Very easy access to highways and stores nearby. Great home! Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renae (the owner) a message.

If Renae (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
