This is a very large two bedroom apartment measuring 132sq metres and is suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. There is Free Wi-Fi and Multi Language Internet Television installed which includes Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Bien Sports as well as hundreds of films.

We have furnished our apartment with most of the luxuries of home with particular attention to comfort. The master bedroom has a Super king size bed (6ft Wide) and the second bedroom has twin beds which can be locked together to make a king size double bed with the relevant linen. In the lounge there are two large 3 seater quality leather sofas., with free WIFI throughout the apartment.

Other luxury qualities: Rooftop pool with fantastic views, Private underground parking space, Lift to all floors, Luxury En-Suite bathrooms. A fully equipped Kitchen with, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Granite worktops, washing machine, Generator steam iron, ironing board. For your entertainment a 55inch flat screen TV with multi language channels,

Quality Music System and DVD player. Marble floors throughout. Smoking on the Terrace only please. There are five Golf Courses within 20min. Please note that we also have a one bedroom apartment of the same high standard in the same resort.

The private underground garage has a remote control fob to operate the garage roller door. The rooftop pool is a very quiet area and almost private most of the time. There are a number of restaurants and three minimarkets within easy walking distance..

“Top quality apartment”

When something sounds too good to be true it usually is but NOT this time. Had a brilliant week here in total comfort. Everything is provided. Brilliant communication with the owner. Internet tv was great. Palm mar is a quiet resort which suited us. Taxis are available to get around as there is a very limited bus service. Can't wait to return.

We had an excellent week’s holiday at this beautiful apartment. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, it is well located within the small settlement of Palm Mar with shops, restaurants and the coast all within a couple of minutes walk. Brilliant roof top pool where we swam every day, always having the pool to ourselves. Great communication from the owner. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

“Perfect appartment and holiday”

The appartment is to a very high standard and in a wonderful location. Amazing sea views and the roof top swimming pool is fantastic, which we had to ourselves most days. The complex is quiet and peaceful with a great selection of restaurants and shops very nearby. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. The appartment is decorated beautifully with everything you could wish for supplied. The owners have put a great deal of thought into making your stay as enjoyable as possible, the instructions are clear and conscience and extremely helpful, the appartment is luxurious with an extensive selection of dvds and cds and there is internet tv with all channels including kids and sport. Clive and Eileen's communication and help from booking to returning home is second to none. They are genuinely the best owners we have ever dealt with. This was our first family holiday abroad with three children and could have been very stressful, but instead it was the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday with everything going perfectly. Many wonderful memories have been made, so thank you Clive and Eileen for making our first family holiday such a success. We would visit again and highly recommend the appartment.

Just back from our holiday in Palm Mar and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The apartment is just beautiful with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Clive and Eileen were most helpful and everything was clearly explained to us. Couldn't recommend it more.

This apartment is just about perfect in every way for a relaxing holiday. Everything you could need is provided, with the rooftop pool a real bonus. .Palm Mar is a quiet resort but with a surprising number of good bars and restaurants. Bahia beach with a generous glass of wine watching the sunset was particularly memorable. We hope to return.

After the holiday I sent the owner this letter: Dear Eileen, Thank you very much for permission to stay at your great and very comfortable apartment during our holiday on Tenerife! Everything was as nice as we expected or even better. The town is nice and quiet, the building is interesting, the view to the Ocean from the huge balcony is unbelievable, the roof pool is great. It was great time we spent there, and all your advises about the restaurants and markets was very exact and helpful! Hope you found your apartment in a good condition after us and thanks again! With all my best, Konstantin I didn't get the answer and not have any info about my deposit . The owner promised to return it after checking condition of the apartment after our staying there. Even if the conditions is not good enough to return my deposit, I'll be glad to get the info about this fact with explanation ...

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful apartment. Not the tourist trap which suited us and was a quiet spot to use as a base to beaches and towns. Great Tapas bar on your doorstep, with locals and families in the majority. Supermarket had one of the best selections we have found outside of the usual hypermarkets. Great holiday.

We have stayed in many holiday rentals in many countries over the years and this apartment is easily the best ! Eileen has thought of every comfort and detail to ensure a good time for her guests.To wake up to that sea view each morning was such a good feeling! The only negative was Palm Mar , maybe because it was February, but we expected it to be quiet and it was really very quiet!. Some of the restaurants were closed maybe they had taken a holiday!

I have stayed in many privately owned properties, both in the UK and abroad but this is by far the best of all! The apartment is so comfortable we rarely left, choosing to sunbathe on the large terrace listening to the sea. We did venture up to the pool, unfortunately the day after a storm so were nearly blown away :-) We loved it so much we are looking to book again this year. Thanks to Elaine and Clive for renting out this beautiful apartment,
