Everything is close within walking distance! Supermarket Only 3 mins walk away, Wide good selection of restaurants very close walking distance 3 - 10 minutes .Pharmacy & Dr's 10 mins walk .Seafront 10- 15 minutes walk depending on your pace ! Use of One of the best Communal Pools in the area a very well kept community.The apartment is maintained to a very high standard with everything you need and benefits from being fully mosquito proof mesh windows & doors that can be opened without any unwanted guests getting in! The Caretaker /cleaner I use is very good , helpful available and lives on the complex for any needs and piece of mind

Positioned close to tranquil water fall with pool and mountain views. Bistro style Dining table, chairs and sun lounger. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and all you will need for a nice relaxing break

Bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobes, cupboard space and wall mounted TV Bathroom with WC, bidet, sink, bath, shower and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, panini maker , sandwich toaster/grill & breakfast bar.

The complex has mature well kept tropical gardens

with 2 large private swimming pools (1m 40 deep) along with sun-loungers and parasol bases.

There are two large supermarkets which is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 9:30pm just 200 yards from the apartment. Street parking is adjacent to the complex.

Palm Mar is a quiet residential area with no hotels and is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday or a great base from which to explore the rest of the island.

There is a national park to the West of Palm Mar which is very popular with walkers and mountains to the East separating it from Los Christianos. There are a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops plus a bank and ATM,s.

Tenerife South Reina Sofia airport is just a 10 minute drive away (approx. 30 Euros by taxi)

The main tourist centres of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas are a short 10 minute drive away and there is also a bus service. The Spanish seaside town of Las Galletas is a five minute drive away and is also within walking distance. The Los Palos golf course is situation just outside Palm Mar and the main golf courses at Golf Del Sur are within a 10 minute drive. Also close by is the Siam Park water park. Mountain bikes can be hired locally and Palm Mar is also popular destination for scuba diving with a local hire shop for day excursions.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
