THIS HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE, IT HAS 4 BEDROOMS (3 OF THEM WITH KING SIZE BEDS AND 1 WITH 2 SINGLE), 3 COMPLETE BATHROOMS (1 OF THEM ENSUITE) AND A SMALL ONE AS WELL. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO COOK, EVEN A BARBACUE OUTSIDE TO HAVE LUNCH BESIDE THE SWIMMING POOL. IF YOU ARE COMING WITH KIDS THEY HAVE PLENTY OF THINGS TO ENTERTAIN THEMSELFS, THERE IS A TENNIS COURT AT THE TOP OF THE VILLA WHERE THEY CAN PLAY TENNIS, FOOTBALL OR BASKETBALL WHATEVER THEY WANT, WE PROVIDE WITH DIFFERENT BALLS AND RACKETS TO PLAY. WE ALSO HAVE A PING PONG TABLE.

HOUSE IS REALLY BIG BUT I'M ONLY ALLOWED TO PUT 24 PICTURES IN THE WEBSITE SO I CAN'T SHOW EVERYTHING, THE VILLA IS BASICALLY A TENNIS COURT AT THE TOP, IN ANOTHER LEVEL THE HOUSE WITH THE SWIMMING POOL AREA AND A DINING TABLE AND THEN AT THE BOTTOM YOU HAVE A BIG GARDEN WITH LOTS OF TREES.

I ALWAYS GET IN TOUCH WITH MY GUESTS A WEEK BEFORE THEY COME SO THAT WE CAN ARRANGE OUR MEETING, THEY CALL OR TEXT ME WHEN THEY LEAVE THE AIRPORT AND I WAIT FOR THEM AT THE VILLA TO SHOW THEM AROUND AND GIVE THEM THE KEYS.

Why can't I call LORENA (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send LORENA (the owner) a message.

If LORENA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
