Céntrico, magnificas vistas al encierro en la curva más famosa entre las calles mercaderes y estafeta . A minuto andando de la plaza ayuntamiento, catedral, museos, Palacios etc. Rodeados de restaurantes, bares de pinchos y tiendas de todo tipo. La estación de autobuses a 7 minutos andando y la de tren a 10 en coche.

3er piso, cómodo y acogedor en el corazón del casco antiguo, zona peatonal. Esta decorado con mucho gusto y totalmente equipado.

Parking opcional de pago a 2 minutos, por 15€ /día completo.

Junto al portal hay 2 supermercados abiertos los 365 días del año de 10:00 a 21:00.

La calle Mercaderes forma parte del camino de Santiago. Es una de las más antiguas y transitadas de Pamplona. Desde el balcón puedes ver, además de los encierros, la procesión de San Fermín, las peñas, los gigantes, la cabalgata de Reyes o las procesiones de Semana santa, es decir, todo!

Mercado con productos frescos, panadería, pastelería, pescaderia, carnicería, frutas y verduras a 50m.

Calles llenas de encanto, peatonales y con pequeños comercios de artesanía.

Los jueves a partir de las 20h. hay JUEVINTXO, una campaña de promoción de bebida+ pincho, donde gracias a la gastronomía se crea muy buen ambiente en todo el casco antiguo.

Esta situado en una zona peatonal con acceso restringido a vehículos particulares. Hay dos parkings de pago (15€ / dia completo)

El piso está situado a 7 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses. A 10 minutos en taxi desde la estación de tren. Desde el aeropuerto se puede coger un bus que para a 5 minutos del piso, o bien un taxi que tarda 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Why can't I call Iñigo (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iñigo (the owner) a message.

If Iñigo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
