From the owner

Enjoy year round, views of our sugar beach, pools, emerald water and spectacular sunsets from this gulf front condo. We are on the third floor and directly on the beach. We provide a free beach set-up right on the water (two lounges and an umbrella) with every reservation Mar-Oct. People have used and enjoyed this very much. (not having to carry chairs). The Master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top and the second bedroom has a queen and twin. There is a tub in the Master bath and a walk in-shower for the second bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo is beautifully decorated and well kept. We have Wi Fi Internet, washer/dryer, high chair and a well stocked and fully equipped kitchen. There is a DVD connected to the 3 large flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom and one in the living room)with premium channels.We have two large beachside pools, one heated, a Hot Tub, a children's pool with lounging facilities, and a Gazebo to sit in the shade between the pools and gulf.There is a glassed in elevator, beautiful landscaping (which has won awards) and a picnic table/gas grilling area. We have tennis and handball/racquetball courts and shuffleboard, (with all needed equipment supplied).The beautiful lobby reception area, where you check in, is also staffed 24hours for any questions or concerns. It has many brochures and coupons available. The large lobby also has a small well-supervised game room, pool tables, and small kitchen area with many tables and chairs and sofa to relax. Summerhouse is quiet, gated, very family friendly and there is 24 hour security and maintenance provided, but we are just minutes from all the fine restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating and many, many other attractions. In the winter there are many get togethers and snowbird activities (pool aerobics, card playing, dinners etc) in the lobby. In summer there are movies at the pool. We are also on the Panama City Beach shuttle route, for easy travel and site seeing, if you do not have a car. We thank you for considering our condo. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean (the owner) a message.

If Jean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
