We are 100% owner managed & maintained -- you work directly with us -- absolutely no impersonal rental agency involvement!

The full size kitchen is well furnished with refrigerator/ice maker, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware, utensils and most everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. A stack-able washer/dryer combo is also included in case you have to do laundry during your stay. 3 flat screen tv's are a plus for those raining days or just a break from the sun/sand :-)

We supply enough sundries to get our valued guest started. Should you need more, please feel free to visit any of the nearby grocery stores to get more!

We chose Majestic Beach resort because we believe it has the most amenities and conveniences offered on Panama City Beach. Here are a few of the amenities offered at Majestic Beach: 3 outdoor pools(2 In tower 1 and 1 in tower 2), 2 indoor pools (1 in tower 1 and 1 in tower 2),3 hot tubs, pool side bar and grill, WIFI through out complex.

Additionally the resort offers a market that serves Starbucks coffee, assorted snacks, beverages, sandwiches, souvenirs, beach supplies and more. Very convenient for those last minute 'oops, I forgot' purchases. Majestic Beach has a big stadium seating movie theatre (free movies shown on Friday and Saturday night), fitness center with his and hers sauna and steam rooms (nominal charge) and tennis court(short walk across enclosed breeze-way). It is also conveniently located to, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many other activities.

Why can't I call Kevin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
