Easy living at The Summit Beachfront Resort Unit 509

March through October, complementary beach chairs service with your rental!

You have to be 21 years or older to book this unit.

This condo was recently remodeled with brand new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, washer, dryer, new refrigerator, water heater, new decoration and furniture and a new balcony sliding door. The A/C unit was replaced in Dec/16. It is very clean and well kept. We take pride in the fact that our condo is one of the cleanest condos at the Summit. The views from the living room and balcony are absolutely spectacular.

All of The Summit 1 BR are beach front with a balcony overlooking the water. They are all the exact same size and layout with the only difference being the furniture.

This condo has three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably.

The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground on the Beach, Volleyball, 2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area

The Summit is gated, with 24-hour security. Entrance into the complex from the street is highly controlled with admittance by parking pass only and to re-enter the complex from the beach requires identification by wrist bands checked by private security guards. While there, take advantage of the 2 Olympic sized swimming pools (one heated), kiddie pools, hot tubs, separate men's and women's exercise facilities, new playground, Bar-B-Q grills, picnic area, game room, and lighted tennis courts. There are no additional charges for the use of these facilities, they are included with your rental.
