This is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath corner unit and each bedroom has a private balcony . One of the bedrooms is a private suite with a kitchenette.

There is also a video that does more than still pictures to show you the property. Look for the box in the upper left of the view of of the beach from the balcony, and locate a video button.

You and your extended family will have a great time at this Disney-like Resort, called SPLASH. This resort includes four very different style swimming pools, each designed for a different age group, and all are Gulf front. Access to all Splash amenities are included in our rates.For your convenience, we do accept on-line bookings.

You will find a swimming area for the young or the young at heart, with interactive waterpark features, including water canons, twisting slide, water umbrella, tipping bucket and more. This area also has a larger pool and hot tub. All of this is overlooking 400 feet of white sugar sand beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Grab one of the provided inner tubes and float down the beautifully landscaped Lazy River pool. There is also another pool near the cabana bar with tables and chairs.

Little Tike Water Play area is a fence enclosed, outdoor carpeted play pool area with fountains and interactive toys for the younger children. Barbecue pits in this area allow you to barbecue, while keeping an eye on the kids.

The family room has a 32 HD Led TV with Surround Sound and a stereo TV system. We keep a few DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a 32 inch LCD TV and DVD. The adjoining bath has a garden tub and separate shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and TV/DVD. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, flat panel TV, microwave, small fridge, table and chairs and in suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can sometimes be rented separately in the off season. A queen size sofa sleeper in the family room allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate up to 8+ guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything, from a side by side refrigerator, oven and microwave. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
