From the owner

A Heritage Stone house built-in english colonial style on the top of a mountain with most amazing views. It is surrounded by its own 5 Acres of Gardens and Organic Vegetable Plantations. You get your own Private bedroom with independent access. Each bedroom has a spacious Balcony having a spectacular panoramic views of Krishna River, Valley, Lake and Dhom Dam.

The bungalow is situated strategically with direct views of Panchgani Town, Tableland, Dhom Lake, Krishna Valley and Strawberry fields.k

Space

The price quoted is for each private Room in the Villa. There are only 2 Rooms each having an independent entrance. Each Room can accommodate upto 6 people with 2 King Size Double Beds, and 2 single beds which can be added. Each Room has a private bathroom and a spacious balcony with valley and lake views. There is a backyard, sitouts, gardens and our own organic vegetable plantations attached to the bungalow.

Guest access

Guests get their Private Room with independent entrance, an attached bathroom, and an attached private spacious balcony. There is a common Central Courtyard, Backyard Sitouts and Gardens. Car can reach directly at the doorstep. Ample Car Parking Space is available. Some areas such as the Heritage Hall, Library, Games room, Kitchen, etc are private to the owner and have limited access. The price quoted is for each private bedroom with independent access having attached bathroom & big balcony.

This is an Eco-Friendly property with self sustaining Solar energy, Water Harvesting and Vermi-composting. Most of the waste is re-cycled to reduce the carbon footprint. Post monsoon all vegetables used for the breakfast is grown in the organic farm on location.

House Rules :

1. Government issued photo id is required during check-in.

2. Non-Vegetarian food is not permitted anywhere in the premises.

3. Smoking is not permitted indoors except balconies.

4. Any drugs, psycotropic substances not permitted anywhere in the property.

5. Music/Dance/Party/Karaoke etc permitted as long as it is not disturbing or a nuisance to others.

6. Pets not permitted unless prior authorisation taken from the management.

7. Any damage by the guests to the furnishing/rooms/property will be recovered in cash from the guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
