A stone made chalet with wooden roof that lies in the mountains in a quiet environment with no houses around. A villa of 200 sq. meters in a plot of 800 sq. meters. Spectacular views of mountains, Kato Lefkara village and a distanced view of the sea. A cozy villa which makes you feel at home. Ideal to accommodate up to 8-10 guests. There is possibility to accommodate extra adults/children in folding beds/couches at an extra cost.

A heated swimming pool 7 meters x 3.50 meters, depth from 90 cm till 140 cm in the garden with stunning views. Traditional combined with modern. The fire place warms you at winter nights and offers romantism. A beautiful piano in entrance hall for music lovers.

Open plan living room with a fire place and a large flat smart TV with cable channels. A wooden kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, an electric cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric water kettle, a microwave, an instant coffee maker and a sandwich grilliere. All dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cookware and utensils are provided to cook your meals. A dining wooden table for 8.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with king beds (size 160cmx200cm). Each bedroom has en suite bathroom. Each bedroom in the ground floor has a balcony with stunning views and en suite bathroom. The bedroom in the first floor has also en suite shower and the most amazing view!

Suitable for families or couples who want to spend vacation time with their friends in a villa with all facilities. Also, it is appropriate for accommodating newly married couples who choose to get married in Lefkara or even for the bride or the groom who wish to get prepared the day of their wedding in Lefkara.

Outside you can enjoy BBQ with the traditional cyprus BBQ named FUKU. There is a large table for 12 people and 2 relaxing couches to enjoy the view of mountains, sea and stars. Large garden behind the house with trees and grass. In front you can enjoy the swimming pool and the large patio where there are sunbeds and umbrella.

Facilities: Heated swimming pool, barbeque, alarm system, fire alarm system, wifi, flat screen TV 55 inches with European and American movies and channels, NETFLIX, parking, new air-conditioning in all rooms, outdoor furniture, sun beds, umbrella, bed linen, blankets, towels, shampoos, slippers, kitchenware, daily/weekly cleaning (extra cost).

The house is located in Kato Lefkara village near Ktima Dafermou at 500 meters height, and centrally located between the 3 main cities of the island, Nicosia, Larnaka and Limassol with a distance of 33 k.m. approx from each city. Only 7 minutes to reach the high way which leads you to the 4 cities. The sea is only 15 k.m away. The main airport is in Larnaka.

From the house you can walk to Kato Lefkara village which is 200 meters away. Also, Alpha Mega supermarket is located 7 minutes driving distance which is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. till 9 p.m. Ktima Dafermou is only a kilometer away.
