Villa Eleutheria is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance, just 500 meters, to its well known sandy beaches, sheltered in coves with thin sand and shallow water far out, making them ideal for families with children. It is in a quiet location, surrounded by beautiful countryside creating a very peaceful atmosphere. At the harbour and the village several shops are also nearby for your daily needs and several restaurants with stunning sea views, located directly on the beach are unique for a drink or lunch. Also, water sports are available in the beaches for those seeking some summer fun and action!

Layout

Outdoors

A path in the lawn covered garden leads to the entrance of Villa Eleutheria. Along this path you will find a beautiful wooden swing and also an outdoor dining area where you can sit, relax and enjoy the nature.

Furthermore, the grassy path continues on the side of the Villa and takes you to the rear side of the Villa, where the private swimming pool welcomes you! The pool covers 45m2 and has a varying depth of 170 - 185 cm. The pool terrace is also equipped with parasols and sun loungers for your outmost comfort where you can either sit during the day and enjoy the sun or relax during the night and take advantage of the peace and quiet that the countryside can offer while stargazing. There lies also an old and original well, where the villagers used to take water from, stating the history of the village.

To the side of the house there is also a wood burning oven built into the stone wall and a stone built BBQ where you can cook some of your meals while enjoying the beautiful scenery! To make things even better, a large whirlpool with room for 6 - 7 people (not heated) is also available and promises to offer you endless hours of relaxation and enjoyable family moments.

Indoors

Ground Floor

Villa Eleutherias is divided in two levels, covering 180 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people in its 5 bedrooms. Entering the Villa, guests will find themselves in the cosy, comfortable sitting room. The wooden, rustic furniture add a traditional tone to the decoration of the Villa and create a unique atmosphere. Past the living area, lies the fully equipped kitchen, which provides all essentials for your self catered holiday. A large dinning table for the whole family, as well as an additional sofa and an open fireplace create a family ambience, that will make you feel right at home. Τhree of the Villa’s bedrooms can also be found on this level (two of them are interconnecting bedrooms) and they offer access to the garden and pool terrace. One of them has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each (which can be joined together if you wish). Furthermore, a family bathroom with a bathtub can be found on the ground floor.

First Floor

Climbing up the wooden stairs, the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa await you, to offer you a good night’s sleep, combined with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside. These bedrooms also feature two single beds each. All the bedrooms are bright and airy all day long, are air conditioned and equipped with TVs. Last but not least, one more bathroom with a bathtub is available on the first floor.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
