Chara Villa, is the ultimate holiday destination for explorers, with sumptuous welcoming interiors which reflect the greys and blues of the natural surroundings, this Luxury Villa boasts outdoor space 500m2 , a-plenty for all the family to enjoy some quality togetherness time. Exterior Layout | Pool&Outdoor Surroundings

The 700m2 outdoor area of the villa feature a sensory private heated pool (30m2, 1.40 deep), with a heated children’s pool compartment (10m2, 0.50 deep) and a heated spa whirlpool (5m2), along with spectacular surroundings makes this villa a dream home away from home. The villa features an outdoor playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, parasols and patio furniture and also features BBQ facilities with an outside 42’ plasma TV, so you may enjoy al fresco dining with your loved ones! For our fitness nature explorers, 4 bicycles are also available to use upon request.

Interior Layout | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This newly built Villa covers 150m2, masterfully pairing period features with clean contemporary design, Ever After is a page-turner in itself. The abundance of space affords room for grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles to come together for an extended family gathering.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor of the Villa, guests have access to an open plan space, where you may find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen & dinning area. A 55’ smart TV and a Playstation 4 are also available, so that you unwind and have fun! The ground floor area offers direct access to the pool and terrace, for a comfortable stay in mind. One double bedroom can be found on the this floor. In addition, this level is also suitable for guests with accessibility needs as it is wheelchair accessible & offers direct access to the pool terrace, also featuring a bathroom especially designed for guests with restricted mobility. A few steps below the ground floor there’s one more double bedroom, featuring a round bed & a designed area with fitness equipment, including a treadmill, a static bicycle, a stepper and a multifunctional fitness machine!

First Floor

The two remaining bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor. One double and one twin bedroom, each one with its own en-suite bathroom for outmost privacy. All the bedrooms enjoy captivating views and they are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. All bedrooms are fully equipped with high quality beds and mattresses, fitted wardrobes, led 32’TVs, wonderful balcony settings and include air conditioning.

Practicalities:

There is secured parking space inside the Residence premises for 2 cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter Coffee machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryers, open plan fully equipped kitchen!

Pool & Spa whirlpool - Heating Policy :

-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & whirlpool.

However, please allow us to also pass you some further feedback on your comments. Regarding the heated pool, we would like to inform you about the fact that the day of your arrival the pool temperature was 28°C. However, as there was a sudden drop of the weather temperature later that day, the water temperature is effected by the air and the weather conditions, as it's an outdoor pool. Also, because of your the very short length of your stay (only 3 days) there was not enough time for the pool to adjust to the new temperature, as this process could take up to 2 days for technical and practical reasons, which is now resolved. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
