Apartment No 10, is stylish new 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment just meters away from the sea. With a large communal pool and shallow children's pool, it is an ideal base for a family holiday. The outside dining area provides formal and comfortable seating that are the perfect setting in the evening to enjoy a Mojito or have nice romantic dinners. You can enjoy the tranquility of having sun downers whilst watching the sunset over the Cretan sea !!

This 1st floor apartment is situated in a small community of elegant villas and apartments, some set in their own private area with a large communal swimming pool, our property offers traditional features with modern building specifications, creating a new yet rustic dwellings in a peaceful seaside setting.

The apartment has access to common areas with a large communal swimming pools and pathways.

Panormo, the local fishing village is within easy walking distance. The village has great taverna's, an Italian restaurant, several bars, a good bakery, butchers, supermarkets, a range of tourist shops and a waterpark which is only a 5 minute walk from our apartment. From most of the tavernas, one can look down over the beautiful village harbour and its stunning sandy beach. This is great if you have children, you can sit in a taverna having lunch while watching the kids swimming and playing the beach.

The Apartment sleeps up to 6 and has 2 double bedrooms and a single sofa bed. Custom designed furniture and comfortable mattresses make the accommodation functional and fun

We have visited many Greek Islands over the years and 2016 was our first visit to Crete. Needless to say, we absolutely loved it. There is something really quite magical about Crete which we both can not put our finger on ! We came for two weeks and stayed in THIS very apartment and did not want to go home ! As it was for sale, we felt that it was the right time and the right place and therefore, purchased our ' family holiday home '. It has a large Terrace / Balcony that has great views over the pool and breath taking views of the sea. The sunsets are picture postcards.....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Tim and Tracie (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim and Tracie (the owner) a message.

If Tim and Tracie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
