17th century traditional stone-built house located in a pedestrian authentic village in Exo Meria of Tinos (North Eastern) just 1,5km from the famous Pyrgos village, 4km from Panormos fishing village, 23km from Tinos Port, 5km from several beaches.
The house is consisted of 2 levels, respectful of the cycladic architecture.
Upper floor is the main living area consisted of a veranda and a balcony overlooking the village and the ancient stonewalls.
One entrance door from the veranda leads to the living room called salla (with traditional sofa single bed) and 2 small bedrooms with double beds. Another entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen and an extra room (which has a single sofa bed and also a separate entrance from the balcony). On upper floor there is also a small wc.
Down floor there is a bedroom, the bathroom with shower and wc, the washing machine, a small cave room with fire place, the ancient cellars & storage rooms.
The house is built to be protected by the north winds and allows you to live and eat in the veranda no matter the strength of the north winds called "meltemi" which are very usual over the cyclades during the summer.
The views over the village and the ancient stonewalls is unique and the serenity of the environment will surprise you.
