Monolocale vista mare in villa su collina tranquilla dominante Pantelleria a 500 metri dal centro e dal mare, ristrutturato e rifinito per soggiorni in comfort e relax.

Dotato di cucina con frigocongelatore, letto doppio, ventilatore, servizio con doccia e di spazio di pertinenza all'esterno coperto da pergolato ed attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per colazioni all'aperto. NO TV.

Nel prezzo del soggiorno sono compresi i consumi energetici, la fornitura di stoviglie, biancheria da letto e da bagno con cambio settimanale e le pulizie di fine locazione. A richiesta Transfer da Porto e Aeroporto.

La posizione della residenza consente di raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi il capolinea dei mezzi pubblici e tutte le attività commerciali come supermercati, forni per pane e dolci, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacie e negozi di prodotti tipici, oltre a sportelli Bancomat, ufficio postale, pompe di carburante, ecc.

Inoltre tutte le maggiori località turistiche dell'isola sono da qui equidistanti e potrete scegliere giorno per giorno, a seconda della direzione del vento e delle condizioni marine, le calette meno esposte per le vostre giornate di mare.

O se preferite dare ascolto all’istinto e all’ispirazione del momento, re-inventarvi la vacanza avventurandovi per stradine sconosciute, sentieri e mulattiere alla scoperta di luoghi altrettanto affascinanti e assolutamente imperdibili.

Potrete visitare e fare escursioni nei tanti e imprendibili siti turistici dell'Isola. Dall'"Elefante" alla Sauna naturale, piuttosto che il Lago di Venere con i suoi fanghi con proprietà terapeutiche e cosmetiche, alle vasche di acqua calda, alle "Favare" alla Montagna Grande o ai siti archeologici. Senza escludere le diverse aziende agricole locali in cui poter degustare i famosi vini o il passito, i capperi, i dolci e le tante meraviglie per il palato che l'isola custodisce.

La sera il rituale della passeggiata in banchina e l'aperitivo sono garantiti dai vari locali e pasticcerie dove si possono gustare granite e dolci tipici (cannoli, cassate, pasticciotti e "mustazzola") e sorseggiare il rinomato Moscato Passito di Pantelleria.Sempre in banchina sono attraccate le imbarcazioni che si possono noleggiare per visitare l'isola via mare o altre che forniscono il servizio con marinaio per il Giro dell'Isola con grigliate a bodo e pesca dal natante.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Filippo (the owner) a message.

    If Filippo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
