This custom designed home features all imported Spanish porcelain tile, granite and porcelain countertops, seamless glass shower doors, high end “Helvex” fixtures, imported Italian doors, European brand window frames, and top of the line stainless steel kitchen appliances.

The home design is very open and allows for maximum natural illumination, and breezes, as well as spectacular ocean and mountain views from all rooms.

The main floor features a large living area and open kitchen that both flow out to the out door dining area and terrace which overlooks the pool and incredible ocean views!

From San José - International Airport in Costa Rica SJO it is 90km - you arrive to Puntarenas by car in 60 minutes and then you continue 60 minutes by ferry in the Nicoya Peninsula. Once you get there, you only need 5 more minutes to get to this privileged real estate place in Costa Rica.

How do damage deposits work?
