HUGE 3 bedroom, 3 bath LOCKOFF unit sleeps 6 to 7 on the 2BR side (using a roll-away). And sleeps 4 on the 1BR side. Has 2 full kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, 3 big baths. This Viila is a top floor, direct waterfront property. It has a magnificent view of Nassau, the Cruise Ship Dock, and Yacht Harbor. Spectacular top floor water views in every direction! Located at HARBORSIDE, the rental includes full use of every amenity offered at the Atlantis right next door... absolutely no additional charge. I assume you are familiar with the ATLANTIS, but more information on that spectacular resort can be found on their website.

Harborside is a very special vacation ownership resort right next door to the Atlantis. Harborside, aside from the Atlantis, is a vacation destination unto itself with gorgeous waterfront pool, fitness center, etc.

We bought this particular week 44 because we live in New Jersey and this week is always "Teacher's Convention" week, so the kids are off from school most of that week. We made other vacation plans this year, so we are offering our Top Floor Waterfront Atlantis Harborside Villa for Week 44 to you! We promise you'll have a fantastic vacation!

This Villa is actually a 3BR unit at Harborside...consisting of a 2BR unit connected to 1BR unit with a "lock-off" door between them, which will remain closed and locked during your stay if you are renting one one side, or leave the door open if you are renting the 3BR.

The two bedroom has a big beautiful full kitchen, 2 big baths (the Master has a stall shower and Jacuzzi Tub), 1 King and 1 Queeen Bed, a spacious living and dining room with queen sleepsofa, 3 TV's, and a Bose dvd/cd music system, all connected by a large direct-waterfront balcony.

The one bedroom has a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleep sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a waterfront balcony, and one large bathroom. There are also two TV's, a DVD player, and a Bose music system.

If you are thinking about a vacation to the Atlantis....don't bother staying AT the Atlantis. Our "Harborside" Villa is right next door, and you'll have a full, spacious apartment with a kitchen and washer/dryer....not just an overpriced, cramped hotel room. Our Villa 100% includes all facilities and amenities of the Atlantis Resort. Harborside has an excellent shuttle bus system. It operates (free of charge) all day and night long, taking you to and from all the Atlantis Towers every 10 minutes or so. Or....you can easily walk back and forth!
