"Sunnyside Apartment" is one bedroom apartment on the second floor in a private building - modern and furnished to a high standard. Bright, airy and cozy. The master bedroom has 2 extra big single beds which are pushed together that can be separate if required.There is also double sofa bed in the living room meaning that it can comfortably sleep 4 persons in all apartment. Open plan kitchen full equipped with all things that guests may need. Toiletries,towers,extra pillows and blankets, and welcoming bag are free of charged provided. Full air-conditioned and full WI-Fi access are also free of charge. We have local TV channels + satellite channels and also 5 children channels. There are also and indoor activities like movies, books, table games for big and smalls :) and PS4 (Play Station 4) with games and 2 controllers.The space has been designed to accommodate every need of the guests.City center is just 1.6 km..Walking distance to bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies and local beaches.There is a cover private parking place in the property free of charge.The apartment is in quiet area,it is very private and and not overlooked.Just bring you, your joy, good mood and tooth brush! For sure you will have great time :)

If something gets damaged or broken please report us sooner. Sometimes we need to replace items before the next guest arrive. Guests will be held responsible for damages to the property and its fixtures and fittings caused by them. Inform us in advance so we can make some exceptions. Lost key charge €30.00 to be provided with a new one.

Why can't I call Theodora (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Theodora (the owner) a message.

If Theodora (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
