From the owner

In a residential area, at the end of a dead end and on the edge of a forest, our house of 140m2 with a garden of 900 m2 fully fenced awaits you. It is located 2 minutes from the bike path that will take you in less than 10 minutes to Lake Parentis, for your fishing parties, mini golf, supervised swimming, fitness trail, walk, or water sports through our sailing school municipal, or 10 minutes to downtown and our arena! 12 km from Biscarrosse, 25 minutes from the ocean, and 40 minutes from the Arcachon basin. Built in 1985, we have completely renovated, to live with our large family, and intergenerational. A professional transfer, forced us since the end of 2016, to move. Also, we offer our house, which far from perfect, will know, we hope to welcome you at best. The house is surrounded by 3 terraces, A concrete full East for the joy of children's bikes, you will enjoy your breakfast, watching the deer in the forest, with the smell of jasmine, honeysuckle or lilac, its outdoor kitchen with its barbecue, raspberries and blackberry bordering it. A full West, wooden, overlooking the pool, will welcome your aperitifs Another between the cabin and pool garden furniture. The rest of the field, grassy, will welcome your naps or your games of frenzied football, an air of games for the children should be there for summer 2018, but there is more trampoline !! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
