Elitas Villas is a complex of three independent, newly built, fully equipped luxurious villas, each one with its own private pool and garden. Each one of the 3 units has its separate entrance and autonomous outside and inside areas so as to provide to our guests more privacy and their own space to relax and unwind in complete comfort.

The Villas are situated in a 5000 square meter plot of land and surrounded by the peaceful green valley of Elitas, offering spectacular views.

Each one of the Villas consist of 2 levels and has sufficient and comfortable dining and living areas and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with all the necessary amenities for a wonderful accommodation. All the indoor areas have AC and WI-FI access. Furthermore free parking place is provided.

More specifically, Elitas Villa A is a 2 bedroom villa and can accommodate up to 6 people. At the Ground floor has a modern living and dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a laundry room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. At the First floor there is one double well designed bedroom, 1 bathroom and a private veranda.

Our villas are absolutely private and independent so you feel safer as you do not share any common area with other travellers.

All the years of our operation we offer daily cleaning service free of charge and because of Coronavirus we have strengthened our cleaning methods between reservations and every day also!

Our villas are ideal for families, couples or friends who want to relax and enjoy their holidays.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send N (the owner) a message.

If N (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
