From the owner

This villa is on a unique location on Paros at the end of a gul`de sac, which means complete privacy without any passing traffic.

It is on top of a hill with 360 degrees’ panoramic view. From the covered balcony sixteen islands can be seen, some of them are Mykonos, Delos, Tinos, Andros, Siros, Serifos, Milos and Sikinos.

It is 5 minutes driving distance to Agia Irini, one of the most beautiful beaches of Paros with fabulous taverns, 10 minutes to the main town Parikia with the harbor and other 10 minutes to the airport.

It has 210 m2 indoor areas, which consist of four independent apartments.

On the main floor is the huge living-dining room with surrounding terraces. The villa sleeps maximum 12 people.

The master bedroom with its individual wardrobe and bathroom has its private breakfast terrace.

On the first floor with external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its individual bathroom and terrace. Two more bedrooms with individual bathrooms are on the lower level. One bedroom sleeps 4 people, the other 2. The living room can also sleep one person.

The encove-bedroom, with a diameter of 2,10m is accessible from the terrace. Its bed has a dimension of 1,4x2,00m. All bedrooms have AC.

Summer in Greece means “Living outdoor”. About 400m² Terrace’s in all directions provide lavish dining facilities, sun bathing, relaxation and the most beautiful sunsets.

The “dome” enjoys a cozy shaded dining table with “concert-hall” acoustics.

A traditional baking oven and a BBQ place provide ample alternatives for “breakfast- lunch and -evening dinner”.

A BOULE GAME strip (12x3m) lets the visitor pass a nice active time.

The Pool terrace is surrounded on three sides by the half circular 100m² huge infinity pool, which is fed with “fresh” water through a small gently trickling river.

The villa provides all amenities: WIFI, TV, Espresso machine, Sound-equipment, Microwave-baking oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Hairdryer etc.

Daily maid service, change of linen twice a week;

private cook, massage and sailing yacht can be provided.

Please note, that the price stated in the calender is for eight guests.

Additional guests pay 110Euro/per night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gerfried (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
