In the very center of Paris, 3 minutes walking from Beaubourg (centre Georges Pompidou), and very close to Hôtel de Ville, Rivoli street, Notre-Dame, Place du Châtelet, Seine River, between two famous areas : Marais and les Halles.Following the Rivoli street you join Tuileries and Palais-Royal gardens, Louvre, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, and then Champs-Elysées avenue. In the opposite direction, you reach Bastille square.When you cross the Seine River and reach Latin quarter and Saint-Germain des Prés, Invalides, Orsay Museum and Eiffel Tower.The location cannot be better, you have any means of transportation (bus, metro, suburb trains, bicycles and electric cars on hire, taxis), shops, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, everywhere.The appartment is 105 m2 with a balcony on a walking street (Aubry-le-Boucher) at the third floor.The bedroom is 22 m2, equiped with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the balcony.The living room, bathroom and separated toilets are shared.The house is typical Haussmann style (oak floor, ancient fireplaces), but the bathroom is very modern and design.High ceilings.There is a digicode and a concierge. Free wifi access 24/24H in the living roomThe place is perfect for a single person or a couple, because the main historical and touristic spots are in walking distance, and the bedroom is good to rest at any moment of the day I precise that only the bedroom is to rent, not the whole apartment… and kitchen is not available.Check in : after 12 am. Check out : before 11 am. Dans le coeur même de Paris, à 3 minutes à pied de Beaubourg (centre Georges Pompidou), tout près de l' Hôtel de Ville, la rue Rivoli, Notre-Dame, la Place du Châtelet, la Seine, entre deux quartiers célèbres : le Marais and les Halles.En suivant la rue de Rivoli, on rejoint les jardins des Tuileries et du Palais-Royal, le Louvre, la Place Vendôme, la Place de la Concorde, puis l'avenue des Champs-Elysées. Dans la direction opposée, vous rejoignez la place de la Bastille.En traversant la Seine, on trouve le quartier Latin et Saint-Germain des Prés, l'esplanade des Invalides, le Musée d'Orsay et la Tour Eiffel.La situation ne pourrait être meilleure, on trouve tous les moyens de transport (bus, metro, RER, velib' et autolib', taxi), commerces, cinémas, théâtres, restaurants, à deux pas.L'appartement de 105 m2 est situé au deuxième étage, avec un balcon donnant sur use rue piétonne (Aubry-le-Boucher).La chambre de 22 m2 est équipée d'un confortable canapé-lit, avec un sommier à lattes. Accès au balcon depuis la chambre.Le salon, la salle de bain et les toilettes séparées sont partagées.L'immeuble set de style Haussmannien (parquet de chêne, cheminées anciennes, moulures), mais la salle de bain est très contemporaine et design.Grande hauteur sous plafond.Il y a un digicode et une gardienne. Accès wifi gratuit 24H/24. L'endroit est parfait pour une personne seule, puisque les principaux sites historiques ou touristiques sont accessibles à pied, et que la chambre permet une halte de repos à tout moment de la journée. Je précise qu'il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôte, non de l'appartement entier… en particulier, la cuisine n'est pas accessible. Check in : à partir de 12 H. Check out : avant 11 H.

Why can't I call FREDERIC (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact FREDERIC (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send FREDERIC (the owner) a message.

If FREDERIC (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
