We have 2 locations in the same building , a detached house 2152 sqft ,with 5 bedrooms a capacity of 13 people ,and an apartment duplex 968 sqft ,with 2 bedrooms for 7 people. This complex is perfect for your professional meetings or your family trip. Located in the middle of the 19th arrondissement of Paris, to the « Buttes Chaumont » Park.You will be close to the metro station Jourdain (line 11). You can reach the center of Paris, metro station Hôtel de Ville or Châtelet, in 10min. You can find close by bus lines, taxis, vélib’rental, autolib’rental and other public transport. You will find in the neighborhood some markets, bakeries, great restaurants, cafés…You will be close to every touristic, cultural and artistic attractions of Paris. This estate is a new construction, modern, rare and atypical. It can sleep up to 20 persons. The house which can accommodate from 8 to 12 persons with:A living room/kitchen, WC and garden on the first floor,4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC et laundry on the second and third floor,A converted basement.

An apartment duplex which can accommodate for 7 persons with:2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,A living room/kitchen with a balcony with « the roofs of Paris » view. FreeBox is provided with Internet, TV and telephone for free. (Abroad phone calls under terms, contact the owner)You must rent 2 nights minimum.Variable prices depending on the trip length and the number of persons. Nous rendons la caution à la fin de la location aux locataires. Cette fois ci il a fallu faire un virement bancaire , étant à l'étranger ne pouvant pas faire de virement, ce remboursement à été retardé. Mais depuis 2012 on fait des locations et c'était la seule fois que ce retard était arrivé. Usually makes the deposit at the exit of travellers.For this time it was necessary to makes the bank transfer.To this period being for a long stay abroad, I was late to make this bank transfer. But since 2012, it was the only time we got repayment delay. Rest assured your deposit will be returned at the exit.

How do damage deposits work?

If Aparis19 (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
