This cosy rental apartment is situated in the Champs-Elysées area, exactly in Rue Euler, just on the back of Avenue Georges V, well known by international business people because of famous hotels, restaurants and nights clubs.

The apartment is located at 3rd floor (via elevator) of a 20th century building recently renovated. It is fully air conditioned as well as the building.

This studio apartment is furnished by a comfortable sofa convertible in 2 people bed, a wide cupboard with a small safe, a dining table, and minor furnishings. The apartment provides Tv set featuring the main international channels, wifi Internet connection, free telephone for many North America and European Union countries, iron and iron table. The kitchenette is equipped by fridge, electric contact grill, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has shower cabin, sink, bidet, toilette, and washing machine. The condo provides a free of charge laundry, located in the building

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
