An original stay in a building listed monument by Ministry of Cultural Affairs. This former luxury hotel was the famous ‘Hôtel de Paris’, with its typical architecture of the 20's, Art Deco and Art Nouveau style. A security service is present 7/7 24/24

The metro station Madeleine is at only 50 meters (100 feet). The shuttle from the airport (Roissy Bus) arrives directly at Opéra (5 minutes from the apartment).

Just in front of the building, Lavinia wines (and restaurant), the biggest wines and Champagnes shop in Paris – and a supermarket open until midnight.

Entirely renovated by an Interior designer in the Art Deco style of the building to remember this rich period of Paris history. A brand new bathroom with Italian shower. One bedroom + one living-room, bed with comfortable mattress (Bultex), sofa-bed with good mattress also. A modern well fitted kitchen & little dinning room with its huge window to have sunny breakfasts.

Located on 2nd floor. 2 modern elevators arrive a few steps upper. You go down a few steps to arrive to the apartment. You never have to climb stairs, even when you go out from the apartment.

In one of very chic area of Paris, the apartment is located at metro station 'Madeleine', at 5-10 minutes walk from : Louvre Museum, rue Saint-Honoré, Place Vendôme, Champs-Elysées, Opera Garnier, Seine River banks, Concorde Square, French Parliament. Many famous restaurants, best traiteurs with quality food to take away, and luxury boutiques : Fauchon, Pierre Hermé, Ladurée, Channel, Galeries Lafayettes. Nearby the animated area ‘Les Grand Boulevards' with many old brasseries, cafés, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, nightclubs.

I will provide you all information you need, and a complete booklet with good addresses is at disposal in the apartment.

Dear Rosanna, We are well located as indicated on the map of the listing. We send the very accurate address only to our confirmed guests. You have received it with title of message in capital letters, with address written in red and in bold, it’s difficult to send better information. I had warned you before you arrive, that it may be difficult because of another appointment at the same time, because this other appointment was taken much earlier, as you had booked in last minute, and that I would go firstly to the other appointment. I remind you that if, indeed I was delayed, I didn’t see you at the building, and was waiting for you in the apartment. You were actually waiting at the correct number, but on the square, not in the good boulevard. A square and a boulevard are 2 different things, although they bear similar names. I remind you also that you have arrived before the rental time. It was an arrangement to enable you to access earlier to the apartment, it's the kind of arrangements I propose regularly for check-in and check-out times. It’s unfortunate that you have booked the apartment directly, instead of contacting me first, as clearly indicated on the listing. I could have explained you the check-in possibilities, and I would have recommended you to look at the photos before booking to check if the apartment was not too little for you, as I do with our American guests who often prefer bigger apartments.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
