Welcome to a three story house built a century ago, and a family property since 1900.

The first floor apartment used to be the household's 700 sq feet ( 65 m2) reception area. Box ceiling, crown moulding, interior chimneys have been preserved and restored.

Modern and period style furniture are mixed to offer comfort while preserving the house's historic character. The kitchen and the bathroom have been modernized and completely renovated.

The apartment's large living space can be separated into a front room and a bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished with a dining table for 6 and sofa bed in the front room, a french size double bed and a single bed on the other side.

The flat sleeps 3 adults comfortably.

The house is situated in the chic "village d'Auteuil" neighborhood of Paris' 16th arrondissement, and surrounded by local markets and shopping areas (rue d'Auteuil, rue de Passy...). You will find a supermarket 50 m from the flat, a laundry, bakeries, banks, wine house.

Very close to the apartment visit the Marmottan museum, the Guimet museum or the Palais de Tokyo. The metro (Jasmin or Michel Ange Auteuil station) will take you to Trocadero, the Champs Elysées, the Grand Palais museum or the Eiffel Tower in less than 12 minutes.

If you want to run, relax or paddle on a lake, the Bois de Boulogne is a three minute walk away.

Free parking is available 300 m from the apartment.

You can rent a Velib bike or an Autolib electric car at the station 100 m from the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brouard (the owner) a message.

If Brouard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
