L'appartamento ha subito una recente ristrutturazione integrale. L'intervento ha avuto come criteri di guida il recupero, per quanto possibile, di ogni elemento preesesistente e l'attenzione al risparmio energetico. Sono stati quindi recuperati i travoni centrali in tutto l'appartamento ed i travetti nella zona giorno. Inoltre è stato ripulito e sistemato il muro con mattoni faccia a vista in soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la riqualificazione energetica, è stato realizzato un impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento e di produzione di acqua calda con pompe di calore. Sono state sostituiti tutti i serramenti interni esistenti con nuove finestre isolanti e tutte dotate di zanzariere. L'appartamento ( circa 70 mq. lordi ) si compone di una zona giorno con angolo cottura, di un'ampia camera con letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con due letti singoli, di un antibagno e del bagno ( finestrato ). E' esposto a sud e quindi è molto luminoso e piacevolissimo. E' dotato di ogni comfort: riscaldamento e condizionamento con split, TV satellitare, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, piano ad induzione, internet wi-fi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cesare (the owner) a message.

If Cesare (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
