Partanna is a town in western Sicily, in the province of Trapani, a few kilometers from the ancient city of Selinus The territory of this small town is located between the river Belice and Modione, which border it to the East and the West. The town of Partanna stretches on a hill about 414 m above sea level and is inhabited by about 12,000 inhabitants.
