The apartment "Atlantikblick" is located on the ground floor of the main house of the "Casa da Mina". The rooms are tasteful and equipped with a high level of comfort. The modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook utensils, dishes etc. One bedroom is located to the garden of the Casa and has direct access to your terrace, the second bedroom is aligned to the quiet courtyard of the Casa. The living room offers all occupants of the apartment ideal space, on the existing satellite TV countless international television channels are selectable. You push open the large glass doors of the living room and get onto your terrace, where you can relax and sunbathe wonderfully. From the terrace of your apartment you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean up to the wonderful, kilometer-long sandy beach of Paredes. Also you can get from here to the garden of the Casa, where a large outdoor grill. In the sheltered pavilion you can watch the sunset with a bottle of wine and a good meal from the grill. Far away from any mass tourism, your apartment is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The Casa is also an ideal base for sight-seeing tours, sports and active exercise. Surfers, hikers or motor bikers get their money's worth on the beautiful Silver Coast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martina (the owner) a message.

If Martina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
