Villa is located within a secure private estate of 11 villas with in a high end neighbourhood on the southern peninsula of Patong bay. With service manager, daily maid and pool boy, you have everything you need from this villa such as location and style that will make your Phuket holiday experience the best ever.

The private upmarket estate is situated extremely close to the Amari hotel and also benefits from a close proximity to the restaurants and shopping of Patong which is only five minutes away whilst also being nestled in an extremely quiet cliff setting only five minutes away from the untouched quiet seclusion of the beautiful Tri Trang beach and it's untouched peninsula.

There are 4 white sand idyllic beaches , each with in 5 minutes from the estate. The vibrant world renown Patong beach, the quiet long palm tree fringed shaded Tri-trang beach , the beautiful Merlin beach and the pristine and idyllic Paradise beach.

Our villa and the estate is the closest private residential estate to Patong beach and its city. It is a 5 minute ride away and your villa looks across the beach and the lights of the city at night.

Patong itself is a vibrant beach town which is awake 24 hours a day and to stay closer would mean being down town and experiencing the noise and commotion. At Atika once you arrive the only sound is from the jungle and the long tail boats passing in front once in a while and with in 5 minutes ride you are in Patong. A great location to unwind next to the ocean whilst enjoying everything Patong has to offer on your door step.
