“Perfection all the way”

Reviewed 26 Mar 2019

If you want to get away from everything, and have total relaxation, this is the place to go.the practically deserted beach is 2 min walk away, all of the area, including pubs, in the village, and the little cafe at Kilnsea are dog friendly. Pear tree lodge is a little bit of heaven, the owners, Louise and Stephen where the most welcoming hosts you could ask for, nothing was a problem for them. We'll be definitely visiting again.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for this lovely review and so very thrilled you had a relaxing break whilst at Pear Tree Lodge. Would be thrilled to have you stay again in the future. Thanks again, Louise

“Tranquil, peaceful,picturesque, cozy retreat.”

OMG, I don't know where to start, on arriving here at Pear Tree lodge we were met by Stephen the host, who showed us around and how everything worked. Louise came to see us later to make sure everything was ok. The grounds the lodge is in is absolutely beautiful from the trees with all the fairy lights on to the huge summerhouse and the hot tub with pergola over with see through roof. The caravan/lodge had all the amenities and facilities you need and was really cozy on an evening. The garden/orchard came to life at night it is like an enchanted garden all the special touches have been well thought out here i.e the fairy's house carved into the large tree, the lovely signs hung from trees, the lanterns, all the seating areas in different parts of the garden, it truly is the best place I have stayed. In the village they're are a couple of pubs but we didn't visit them we were quite happy to stay in the lodge and spend time looking out of the window onto the orchard/garden. I will definitely be returning in the summertime. Big thank you Louise and Stephen and keep up the excellent work.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for you lovely review, Steve and I are so very touched and would love for you to stay again in the future.

“Relaxed & Chilled.”

Reviewed 30 Dec 2017

The Best thing I can say about our hosts Louise & Steve was that we never saw them apart from collecting and returning the keys. Let me explain more on this - we were met by our friendly and amicable hosts who explained how the hot tub worked, showed us inside the summer house where the bbq was and things such as where beach & nearby pubs were. We were advised if we needed anything at all and just ask, as I started didn't need to as EVERYTHING was perfect. We came for 3 stress free night's and that is exactly what we got, and was heavenly. The hot tub was cleaned daily and used up to 3 times a day by us and was great and even our autistic son adored it which was a real bonus. What Louise & Steve have created is a little haven with tremendous attention to detail, from the lights on the external trees to the little fairy tree house. The garden was large and ideal for my dog but so was the beach a gentle 10 mins stroll down the road. I highly recommend this stay as long as you want to chill & relax, if you are used to being constantly on the go this is a must to wind down. I had a chat with Louise on departure and told her to expect another visit from us - it was heavenly, and highly recommend.

Response from the owner Steve and I are so thrilled you had a lovely family break, and so very touched by your lovely comments. Look forward to welcoming you all again in the future. Best wishes for the new year. Louise

We will have some very special memories of this holiday thanks for making it amazing

This was an amazing, relaxing weekend. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly which made it comfortable for us straight away. The setting was perfect with the fairy lights and the large garden with hammocks and a summer house. The hot tub was just what we needed to celebrate my birthday and the perfect size for 6 of us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.
