Located in Na Jomtien, 300 meters from the beach and about 5-minute drive to the main part of Jomtien, on a gated estate with 24 hour security, this villa is an amazing place for families spending their holidays together or a groups of friends. The villa is modern in design, 3-storeyed and very clean and well-maintained.

The villa has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private garden with swimming pool and Thai sala (gazebo), a comfortable lounge, and fully-equipped kitchen. If you are seeking something modern in a convenient location that can sleep up to 16 people, you have just hit the jackpot with this villa.

• Changing of towels and bed linen is free (on weekly basis)

• Water is free

• Upon arrival, the Guest has to hand over the deposit of THB 5,000 in cash only, which will be given back to the Guest upon check-out minus cost of damage or loss (if any)

• Check-in and check-out service between 17:00 hrs. and 09:00 hrs. is charged additionally at THB 500/time

• Noise after 22:00 near the swimming pool is not allowed

• Smoking inside the house is prohibited, but we allow smoking on the balcony and terrace and special places outside the house. In case you smoke inside the house, a fine in amount of THB8000 per time will be charged

• No moving furniture. If failing to comply with this rule, you will be charged a fine

• No jumping to the swimming pool out the windows! :)

PLEASE note that I do not allow to provide my phone number to the third parties, such as taxi drivers or tour organizations. If you have decided to reach my place by your own or to book a taxi at any third-party company, please be ready to explain yourself where to take you to the driver, who proably has never been to Pattaya before and has no idea where my place is located. I provide the most accurate coordinates where my place is located and normally it is enough to reach the place. If you feel uncomfortable with the maps, etc., then let me book the taxi for you with the driver, who knows Pattaya well and especially my place.

I am always happy to communicate with my guests, but please note that I have a few properties in Pattaya and the guests staying at all these properties and unfortunately I cannot teleport myself from one property to another in a blink of an eye :) So please notify me about all the changes (for example, about changing of your check-out time) at least 1 hour in advance. I would also appreciate if you do not wake me up during the night regarding questions of low importance. But of course I am ready to help you 24 hours if it is an emergency.

How do damage deposits work?
