Our guests take pleasure in year-round activities in the tropical atmosphere of Pattaya. The residence is a condo "Unit" completed in March 2016. You will get 30 sqm, 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 living, 1 kitchen fully equipped. Roof Top pool, Fitness, Sky lounge.

This Residence is for those that appreciate the day and nightlife activities in Pattaya, this is surely the perfect spot for you. The Condo is well situated in the heart of central Pattaya, on the main road of Pattaya Saisong, 2nd Road- you are within a 2 min stroll down to the beach; the condo is nestled in between three major air-conditioned shopping Malls- very near a just to the right of the Pattaya Avenue Mall; less than 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall Pattaya; and only a few minutes from The Royal Garden Mall (which houses Ripley's Museum).

The Base Pattaya can be accessed by, both, North Pattaya and Central Pattaya via small buses (10 baht buses) they shuttle around the roads of Pattaya and are easy to catch, get aboard.

What makes this Condominium Complex more outstanding and prominent than the rest of the neighborhood is the gorgeous and stunning 180-degree view of the ocean and its wonderful and radiant design; inspired by the movements and the waves of the sea. The Residence’s significant persuasion point is due to its first-class facilities: a swimming pool with a panoramic view that provides you with a tremendous scene of Pattaya bay; and there is a morning pool with a Jacuzzi and afternoon terrace for relaxation, and there is more.

This Condominium Complex, is also a very popular place for those that like to walk. As mentioned, the Beach can be reached within a 300m walk. In addition, you are only a short walk from all local amenities such as many international restaurants, with reasonable price nearby; bars/pubs and the renowned colorful nightlife of Pattaya and the famous “Walking Street” plus Pattaya has many sightseeing activities. The complex is an entertaining locality that is in the heart of one of Thailand’s most vibrant holiday resort areas, which always pleases our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
