Lucky 13 - PET FRIENDLY WITH APPLICABLE FEES- This delightful home is situated on the quiet Summertime Lane in North Litchfield, tucked back off of the main road allowing for maximum relaxation and quiet summer breezes. Enjoy the screened porch and rockers along with quick and easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This home features a recently updated kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Great access to the bike path that extends on a shaded path through the woods of Huntington Beach State Park to Murrells Inlet.

4 bedrooms (all on main floor), 2 baths.

Bed Sizes: 2 Queens, 2 Doubles, 2 Singles.

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
