From the manager

Three screened porches bring the charm of Pawleys' north end into this newer two-story beach home. Spacious kitchen and dining area open out to the largest porch commanding a spectacular view over the tidal saltwater creek.

A private creek boardwalk leads to the deep-water docks, fixed and floating, perfect for fishing, crabbing, boating, and kayaking… or for a private reverie while observing coastal shorebirds and cloud formations.

The main floor has a second screened porch where the ebb and flow of the ocean will lull you onto island time. Also on the main floor is the master suite with king bed, TV and spacious bathroom.

On the second floor are four bedrooms - two with private baths and two that share a bath in between. Your family will have to draw straws to see who gets the bedroom with private screened porch and peek-a-boo ocean view! Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and cozy TV nook.

SECOND FLOOR: (4 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN w/private access to screened porch, 1 QUEEN, 2 DOUBLES, 2 SINGLES, 3 full baths, children's den, washer/dryer

AMENITIES: Cable TV-3, DVD-2, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, fireplace, children's den, grill, large carport, enclosed outdoor shower w/ hot and cold, private boardwalk to creek dock w/seating and floating dock, public boat landing nearby, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Weekly stays only. Saturday to Saturday enforced in summer. Call for special booking requirements.

could have had more dish cloths, towels and garbage bags. but otherwise was well stocked. we brought our own bath soap which was good because there was only a small bar for two of us for a week.

One thing we have found these past 53 years is that refrigerators in homes that house a lot of people tend to be opened and closed a great deal, which makes it very difficult for it to remain cool as it could!
