Kitchen recently and beautifully renovated with custom cabinets, granite counters, all new stainless steel appliances and new light fixtures. Fully equipped and located adjacent to the indoor and outdoor dining areas, families will savor memories of their time cooking and dining together.

Engaging and delightful details include gas fireplace, beautiful stained-glass windows and architectural antiquities. Canal side screened porch overlooks the dock. Multiple indoor and outdoor common areas provide comfortable seating in Coastal Living style. Internal stairwell and elevator provide convenient transit between floors.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3 (full cable pkg), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, wet bar, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, elevator, internal stairwell, walk-in laundry room, canal side patio, grill, enclosed outdoor shower, fixed and floating docks on tidal canal, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays will be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog, plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs.
