The vintage Lowcountry character of this old beach house has been endearingly refreshed and updated. One porch was dramatically enlarged and screened-in to overlook the private pool. The second porch has been transformed into a quiet, cozy sunroom. A new bedroom and full bath were added on the ground floor along with a washer/dryer nook and internal stairwell. Enjoy picnic table and outdoor shower with changing room under the shade of the house. Plenty of parking.

Part of a beachside community, this home is conveniently located on a short side street with direct beach access. Small public boat landing is steps away and perfect for launching kayaks and Jon boats to access the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.

GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 1 QUEEN, 1 full bath, laundry room.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-3, DVD-2, high-speed internet service, microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, second refrigerator on ground level, internal stairwell between floors, BBQ grill, private pool (no heat), carport, 2 outdoor showers (1 enclosed), boat launch only steps away, 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs.
