Private beach boardwalk, shared with the ground floor duplex (Tide Together - Low), has freshwater shower and additional sundeck with built-in benches located near the beach. Enjoy indoor/outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen, sun room, comfortable furnishings and Lowcountry ambiance.

Combined, Tide Together - High and Low can sleep 18 people – ideal for families who want to vacation together but in separate private quarters!

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less and for monthly stays, rental linens are optional at time of booking for an additional cost. High touch surfaces are sanitized one more time on turnover inspections.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs.
