Wonderful second row home at South Litchfield has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths with 2 living areas and 3 primary suites! Two bedrooms and two baths are on the upper level w/1 King and 2 Double beds. On the main floor, are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths w/2 Kings, 2 Queens, and a pack-n-play.

Reverse floor plan allows the upper level kitchen, dining room and great room view of the ocean. This wonderful home also features a High Chair, Booster Chair, Pack & Play, and Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans throughout, Cable TV, DVD, Stereo/CD players, Wireless Internet, and a Fax Machine. Also included are a Microwave, Dishwasher, 2 Ice makers, Wet Bar, Washer/Dryer, Fireplace, Covered Deck with a Hammock and Rockers, and a Sun Deck and Covered Deck, Enclosed Hot/Cold outside Shower, and a Charcoal Grill.
