The ground floor has 2 bedrooms (1 King, 2 sets of Bunks - Single over Single, Single over Double), 1 bath, a large living area with tile floor, a large bar area with microwave, mini-fridge and the laundry room has an extra refrigerator. There is an interior staircase for easy access to the main floor, and the added benefit of ground-level entry.

The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
