Raised two-story layout offers wrap-around porch on the first floor and screened porch on the top floor providing great outdoor living with ocean views over low sand dunes. Porches are comfortably appointed with ceiling fans, rockers and the quintessential rope hammock.

Lowcountry charm abounds indoors with hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. Open concept kitchen boasts breakfast bar built for eight. Sitting areas with TV up and down. First floor sitting area additionally boasts wet bar and mini fridge. Outdoor amenities include private fenced pool, gas grill and covered parking with outdoor shower.

POOL: The 30’ x 15’ in-ground pool with furnished cobblestone surround offers 3’ shallow end and 5’ deep end as well as 8’ x 10’ tanning ledge. Heating available for additional fee and only when outdoor temperature holds above 67 degrees.

MAIN FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 2 full baths, kitchen w/breakfast bar for 8, dining area w/table for 8, living room opens out to screened porch with ocean view.

FIRST FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN & 1 BUNK (2 singles), 2 BUNKS (4 singles), 2 full baths, TV den w/ wet bar and mini-fridge, laundry room, wrap–around porch.

GROUND FLOOR: Enclosed outdoor shower, covered parking.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: For weekly stays, rent includes departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. For stays of 5 nights or less, rental linens are optional at time of bookings for an additional cost.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay $200 additional rent for one dog; plus an additional $100 rent for second dog. Maximum 2 dogs. Thank you so much for sharing. Sounds like you really had a wonderful time! Remember for next time to call with any concerns at all. The dead light bulbs could have been quickly changed out. As you know, the linen package is extra for short stays and that includes bath mats, but towels are available for rent and we are happy to deliver free of charge. We look forward to having all of you back for another girls weekend getaway!

Great location and dog-friendly house. Very homey, with nice decks and features. Need better blinds/curtains to block morning and evening sun. But we would go back. Rental firm is stellar.
