Our four bedroom contemporary, spacious and light filled house is easy 4 minute level stroll to the most amazing Pearl beach.

Short walk to the kids play area, rock pool, cafe, corner shop and award winning restaurant.

Enjoy swimming, bush walking, fishing, kayaking, surfing at day and fall asleep to the sounds of waves at night.

Less than an hour drive from Sydney North takes you to the best kept secret of Central Coast, The Pearl Beach! If you haven't seen it's spectacular views, you haven't experienced Australian coastal life. Once visiting Pearl Beach you will instantly fall in love and will be coming back again. Strong connection to the aboriginal heritage makes this place sacred and infused with mystery.

This double story house has double garage with internal access. The beds are ready made for your arrival, linen and bath towels are included. We have plenty of extra pillows and blankets for you.

Two of the upper bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the upper level has the reverse cycle air conditioner.

The ground level includes Bedroom 4, games room with another TV and a bathroom with shower. There is an easy access to the ground level via garage internal access door suitable for a wheel chair.

The first level is accessible via stairs. It includes Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new crockery and cutlery for a full self-contained big group living.

A baby portacot and a high chair are available. Baby gate can be installed on request. Children will enjoy ample of toys, books, games, DVD's, boogie boards, scooters.

Two TV sets with DVD/Blu-Ray players are available.

Guests can access the entire house.

This is a very peaceful, quiet and friendly community. The house is situated at the east facing side of leafy cul-de-sac. Majority of neighbors are living permanently in the neighboring houses.

- No smoking.

- NO parties or events, NO noise after 9PM. This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behavior. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

- Maximum 8 adults only, children can be added.

- In general, school or young groups are not allowed.

- No extra people allowed, only the amount of people listed in the confirming booking are allowed to be at the property at any time, infants can be added.

- All damage will be claimed from the security deposit.

- We absolutely love our home, take pride and invest a lot of care and attention in its presentation, cleanliness and safety. Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own.

- Please leave all furniture and furnishings in the position they were in when you arrived.

- Please clean the BBQ after use, an extra cleaning fee will be deducted if BBQ is left uncleaned.

- Prior going to the beach or leaving the house please make sure all appliances and lights are switched off, including the air-conditioner.

- Please don't make fun of yourself by deliberately taking with you the items that belong to the house. We do monitor, after every stay, all the multiple accessories we make available for the guests. Most important, if they go missing, the next guests won't have the same benefit as you in using them.

- Only small dogs or cats are allowed into the property.

- Dogs are permitted on the ground floor ONLY due to carpeted bedrooms upstairs. In case of any sign of a dog being upstairs, an extra charge will be deducted from the damage deposit.

- Please wash the sand off in the downstairs shower on your return from the beach to keep the upstairs carpets clean.

- Please put all the rubbish in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided.

- We provide bath towels only, please bring your own beach towels.

- Unless agreed otherwise, check-in any time after 2pm, check-out before 10am.

Why can't I call Beth (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Beth (the owner) a message.

If Beth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
