From the owner

Villa with it's own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 is a double 'queen sized' bed, bedroom 2 has two 'singles', both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and are air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms both of which comprise of walk in showers, WC and hand sink.

The living room has a 3 seat and single seat recliner sofas, flat screen TV and a dinning table that seats up to 4 people, it has an almost 360 degree view of the landscaped gardens and also overlooks the heated swimming pool.

There's a kitchen that is fully equipped with dishes, cups & glasses, cutlery and all essential utensils. There is an induction hob and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and ice machine.

Outside the gardens are beautifully landscaped and there is a large outside kitchen for guest use with BBQ and mini fridges.

There is also a games room with a ping pong ome to peaceful Portugal!

The Villa in Marinha Graca is situated in central Portugal among the eucalyptus trees where the air is fresh - where it is quite simply...peace & quiet.

We are far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday hectic life but close enough to the main highway for easy commuting to nearby attractions.

the property consists of 2 large bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin each with air conditioning and their own bathroom. A large sunny lounge with air conditioning. The balcony catches the morning sun and is ideal to take breakfast on.

There are 2 kitchens, one inside fitted with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside is the main attraction...the 30 x 15 x 5 feet heated swimming pool** complete with built in swimjet deep enough to swim yet shallow enough for the non swimmers.

If you fancy something slightly more energetic then there is the large games room to play a game of pool or table tennis or even air hockey and even a crosstrainer, rowing machine and exercise bike. After dark the room converts to a private HD 4K cinema with 150” screen.

Connected to the games room is a beautiful outside seating come dining area looking down over the garden and pool.

The outside kitchen is fitted with a BBQ area with sink and hot and cold water and is adjacent to the seating area. there is even a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

A gentle 10 minute stroll down the lane brings you to Cafe Minhoto. This cafe/tavern is typical all over Portugal. It offers good simple food at very reasonable prices. A similar experience can be had at Cafe which is about a 20 minute stroll.

There are many restaurants' within a 20 minute drive where a typical 3 course and wine is 15/20 Euros per head.

Just across the road from the villa is the forest. Here you can enjoy short circular walks or some serious hiking, all on maintained pathways.

If you fancy leaving the relaxation of the pool and fancy a bit of sightseeing then car journeys of 15-60 minutes will bring you into contact with the outside world.

The nearby town of Pedrógão Grande is well worth a visit with it's 15 century church. narrow streets and a lovely garden to sit. This town has several bars and eateries, banks and mini markets for your salads and groceries. the local bakery sells an array of delightful breads and pastries all freshly baked each day. Market day is Monday morning.

Less than a 10 minute drive from Pedrógão Grande brings you to the Cabril Lake & Dam. here there are some spectacular views and walks. Boats are for hire for fishing or just chilling. and there is a free to use man made swimming area. A nice recommended restaurant overlooks the lake.

They sell a good selection of meals including fresh fish caught in the lake.

Pedrógão Grande is just one example of the market towns all over the region.

Included in the price are the necessities of life such as unlimited toilet rolls, soap powder, charcoal, bin bags....

Towels and linen are of course supplied. If an extra maid service is required this can be arranged at addition local cost.

A booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remainder to be paid no less than 14 days before arrival, along with a returnable deposit of £300. This deposit is there for breakages and not for wear and tear

We live in the adjoining property but we totally respect guest privacy. We want you to be able to be yourself and get the chance to totally relax. But we are only a SMS text message/What’s app message away if you need anything to make your stay better. We have dogs that occasionally bark but nothing excessive.
