Luxury oceanview villas with private pools and gardens (4000-10.000 m2). Jeda Villa is located in the village of Pemuteran, a well- known dive location in the north-west of Bali, three-hour drive from Ngurah-Rai Airport. Jeda Villa are three beautiful luxury villas (built in 2009) on 20.000 m2 land with gorgeous sea- mountain- and volcano-views. The villas are located on the foot of a mountain at 90 meters above sea level. The villas (2 3BR -bedroom- villas and 1 2BR -bedroom- villa) offer spacious inside living-spaces and are surrounded by large tropical gardens with a magnificent mountain back-drop. Jeda Villa has private pools for each villa, large terraces and traditional gazebos. Situated at the foot of a mountain ridge at the edge of the West Bali National Park (at a height of 85 meters above sea level), the villas overlook Pemuteran village and the ocean 900 meters away. Five East Javanese volcanoes can be seen in the distance, especially during the breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. The thatched-roof villas have been designed to use both traditional Balinese and modern architectural elements and blend in perfectly with the natural environment. Jeda (balinese) means 'interlude' in English. Jeda Villa is the perfect hideaway for a serene holiday.

The 2 and 3 BR villas are suitable for both couples and small families. Guests can decide to spend time at the villa, but it is also possible to take day trips to several of the many places of interest in the area or take snorkel- or dive-trips with one of the village's dive-organizations.

A private cook can prepare meals for the guests at your request. Breakfast is included in the price; optional lunches, dinners, softdrinks and alcoholic beverages are not included in the price. A lunch menu and a dinner menu is provided. The meals are prepared with local ingredients from an organic farm in villa kitchen.

Massages can be enjoyed at the villa. A special shuttle-service is provided for the guests for transportation to the beaches and restaurants.

The beaches in Pemuteran are absolutely hassle-free, which means no sellers are allowed to roam the beaches to sell their products (fruit, jewelry, massages, kites, etc). Unlike in Lovina, spending time at the beaches in Pemuteran is a true delight.

Regarding the WIFI available at the villa's: We have introduced portable wifi devices. When guests check-in at Jeda Villa we supply these devices and guests can use them free of charge. You are right, Pemuteran is still a laid-back, authentic Balinese fisher village, great for people who would like to escape the hustle and bustle of the South for a few days. When in Pemuteran guests should definitely take the time to do some snorkeling and/or diving around Menjangan island as it is a world renowned diving destination. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Selamat (the owner) a message.

If Selamat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
