Acogedor Dúplex situado en una de las mejores urbanizaciones de Peñiscola y a escasos 800m de la playa. Las zonas comunes disponen de jardines, solarium, padel, piscinas exteriores y piscina climatizada así como de servicio de vigilancia privada por la noche. Disponemos de zonas de aparcamiento para invitados y parking individual a la entrada del apartamento. El Dúplex está compuesto de 2 habitaciones en la planta inferior. En la planta superior también dispone de una cama de matrimonio en un altillo y debajo un sofácama en caso de necesitar más aforo. Cada planta dispone de un baño y de una terraza de 20m con vistas al mar, tratándose de un emplazamiento muy tranquilo e ideal para pasar las vacaciones en familia. Disponemos de zona WiFi durante los meses de julio y agosto.

Las entradas y salidas durante los meses de Julio y agosto se llevan acabo cada sábado, durante estos meses la estancia mínima es de una semana. No se incluyen las sabanas ni las toallas

La limpieza a la salida no está incluida en el precio del alquiler considerándose como tal un estandar de limpieza normal.

Muy bien, la zona muy tranquila y el apartamento muy bonito, el unico inconveniente es si os gusta dormir con oscuridad,a bajo entra toda la luz de arriba del duplex. Pero en general esta muy bien.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose (the owner) a message.

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
